Oriental Goulash

Simmer together:

1 can of *Choplets and liquid OR homemade gluten chops cut into cubes
1 chopped onion
1 can of mushroom stems and pieces
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2-3 Tbsp. soy sauce

Simmer until celery is tender. Spoon over cooked brown rice.

This is a low-fat and healthy meal if using the brown rice. For the brown rice place 2 c. water, 1 tsp. salt and 1 c. brown rice in casserole dish. Cover with lid or foil and bake 350ºfor 1 hour.
