Linda says, “This recipe was published in our local paper when they were looking for inexpensive and tasty foods. These are my kids favorites. I have made up to 50 at one time at my daughter’s and frozen them for her. If used as an entree, I usually do noodles with chicken seasoning and peas with it. Makes a great and colorful meal.”


1 large carrot and 1 onion sautéed until tender

Add 3 eggs
½ c, quick oats
1T. Beef seasoning

Fry. Great as it or use with tomatoes and mayo for a great sandwich.
