Try a new twist on pasta…you can’t get much easier than this!

Mexican Pasta Dish

1# penne pasta cooked, drained

8 oz. cream cheese cubed
1 c. Mexican cheese
2 cans NIBLETS corn
1 ½ t. cumin (must add this)
1 large jar of salsa pureed in blender

Mix all together and then sprinkle an additional cup of Mexican cheese on top and bake until just heated through.
