This recipe is very versatile and there are many versions. You’ll just have to adjust the ingredients depending on your love of peanut butter and desired thickness. A little protein powder or breakfast drink mix may also be added for extra nutrition.

Peanut Butter-Banana Chocolate Smoothie

1 frozen banana
1 Tbsp. peanut butter
3/4 c. Chocolate Soy Silk
1/4 c. vanilla yogurt*–opt.
3 ice cubes

Blend until smooth. May add more or less peanut butter to suit taste. *Vegans may omit the yogurt.
