Corn Chip Dip

2 (11oz.) cans Mexicorn, drained
1 (10oz.) can Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies, not drained
1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 c. mayo or Vegenaise
Corn Chips

Mix first five ingredients together and chill for several hours. Serve with scoop-type corn chips.
