One morning I woke up to a delicious plate of home baked fries! My son Mikey made them and they were so good, he’s now the fry maker. I can’t tell you how delicious these are. It’s amazing that there’s so few ingredients. These would go great with Rosemary’s Vegetarian Sloppy Joe sandwiches!

Mikey’s Baked Fries

4 large potatoes, cut like french fries
Oil
Mrs. Dash garlic and herb seasoning
Sea salt

Lightly coat cut fries with oil. Mikey uses a bowl with a little oil in it and tosses the fries around. Spread on a cookie sheet and liberally shake Mrs. Dash on. Lightly salt and bake at 375 until cooked and slightly crispy. Sometimes this takes longer than we’d like because we’re so impatient to eat them, so we turn the broiler on low and watch them VERY carefully. Serve with a side of sour cream or ketchup.
