This salad is simple, fresh, and delightful. I’ve had many people ask me what my secret is to this amazing salad dressing. The secret’s out…it’s in a packet of Good Seasons Italian Dressing. It’s a dry packet of seasoning that you can almost always find in the salad dressing section of the grocery store.

Fresh Italian Garden Toss

Mixture of romaine and green leaf lettuces
Small amount of red cabbage, shredded for color
Sliced raw onion rings from Vidalia, Walla Walla or red onion
Roma tomatoes, cut into wedges OR grape tomatoes
Small amount of whole black olives (opt.)
Small cucumber, diced (opt.)
Parmesan cheese
Croutons
Good Seasons Italian Dressing, made fresh from packet

Just toss the above vegetables. Shake liberally with Parmesan cheese. Top with croutons and serve with Good Seasons Dressing (no substitute…this is what makes the salad).
