Perfect Every Time Bosch Machine Bread

If you do not have a Bosch, just knead the devil out of it. This is the most delicious bread. I do up packs with the seeds, nuts etc. already measured out so it is faster to make.

3 c. whole wheat flour
3 c. white flour Mix for 1 minute and let rest covered 10 minutes
3 Tbsp. yeast
2/3 c. gluten flour
4 ½ c. water

Add:

½ c. oil
¾ c. honey
1 ½ T. salt

¼ c. each of: sunflower seeds, raw cashews, sesame seeds, oat bran, ground flax seeds, wheat germ and nutritional yeast (Do up in baggies and also add the salt, but remember not to do it again).

Add approximately an additional 2 c. whole wheat and 1 c. white flour. Knead for 15 minutes. (You will know by the wetness how much flour to add).

Shape into loaves and put in oven that has been turned on and off for about 2 minutes to make it a little warm. You do not need to let this rise and punch down so it goes quick..

Let rise until doubled and remove from oven. Preheat oven to 350 and bake 40 minutes.

Makes 4-5 loaves, I usually do 3 big loaves and 5 mini loaves.
