2 T ground flax seed
6 T water
Boil water and whisk in flax seed till egg consistency.
1 C whole wheat flour
1 C blue or yellow corn meal
1/2 C Florida Crystals or Sucanat
1 T Baking Powder
3/4 t. salt
1 C Soy, Rice or Hemp Milk
1/4 C Oil, Olive, Safflower or Grapeseed
Put flour and corn meal in bowl and mix. Add sugar and flax seed and mix. Add milk, salt and baking powder. Whisk all together. Pour into sprayed baking pan and bake 40 mins at 350 degrees. Done when knife or tester inserted in middle comes out clean.
