1 c. non-fat vanilla yogurt
1/2 c. frozen strawberries
1/2 c. soy milk*
1 banana, sliced
Blend until smooth. Makes 2 servings.
*Note: Orange juice may be substituted for the soy milk. You can also use fresh strawberries and a frozen banana if you don’t have frozen strawberries. Adjust the milk and fruit depending on how thick you like your smoothie.
