Mushroom Pinwheels

1 lb. Mushrooms ground in processor

Place in frying pan with:

2 Tablespoons BUTTER
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
½ teaspoon seasoned salt

Saute until all the liquid is absorbed. Remove from heat and add:

4 oz. of cream cheese and stir until melted.

2 pkgs. of crescent dinner rolls

Roll out each package of dinner rolls separately adding the sections together to form an oblong. Roll to 10” x 6” or thereabouts. Pinch perforations together. Spread with half of mushroom mixture. Repeat with second package of crescent rolls.

Form into a log and slice in ½” slices. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350º 14- 18 minutes or until lightly browned.

These freeze very well so they may be made ahead and warmed in a warm oven.
