My husband Mike doesn’t like Mexican food…poor guy! The rest of my family and I love it, and I personally LOVE this 8 layer dip. With all of the textures, colors, and flavors working together it’s sure to add pizazz to your palette. Dig in!

8 Layer Mexican Dip

2 cans refried beans OR Frito-lay bean dip
1 1/2 c. guacamole OR tub of guacomole
1 c. sour cream (may use vegan substitute)
1/2 c. favorite mayo
1 pkt. taco seasoning
2 green onions, sliced
1 can chopped or sliced black olives
2 med. tomatoes, diced
1 c. salsa
3/4 c. favorite shredded mexican or cheddar cheese
Combine sour cream, mayo, and taco seasoning in a bowl; set aside.
On a large serving platter, layer ingredients in the order given, then refrigerate until ready to serve.
Make sure you leave room around the platter for arranging tortilla chips for dipping.
